How will I receive the drawing files?
The finished drawing files will be sent to your e-mail on your Etsy profile. If you have another preferable e-mail, please leaves us your e-mail in the seller note while checking out.
Which file formats will I received ?
You will receive the files in JPG and we can convert the file to PNG or TIFF if needed.
How do I submitted the pictures that I want to draw after placing an order?
Please send us the picture(s) via Etsy Messages or to our e-mail at hell@leflorestudio.com along with your order number after the order is placed. These are the best way to keep track of the order.
Can I return, exchange or cancel the order?
We are so sorry! Due to the nature of digital download and custom drawing, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of orders are accepted once the order is placed. Thank you for understanding!
What is the printing ratio of the finished files?
All finished files will be in 5000 x 5000px in 300dpi, which is a 1:1 printing ratio, for example, 8"x8", 10"x10" or 12"x12"; and all files are great for up to 25"x25" printing. We are also able to re-size the files into other printing ratios for you if needed. Please feel free to let us know!
Any recommendation for printing the files?
Based on our customers' experiences, Costco & Walgreen photo center would perform the best if you live in the States. These two have the most wonderful & accurate coloring printing on Photo, Canvas & Poster while at very low cost and fast service. Both do offer same day printing.
We also recommend an online printing service "Shutterfly". This company has many fun printing options; they could have the files printed on Phone Case, Mug, Tote Bag, Blanket, Pillow Case, T-Shirt, Card, Sticker and many more.

Can I request an edit? Will I be receiving the drawing file before the print is being shipped?
The drawing files will be sent to your e-mail as well as through Etsy Messages when it's completed. You may request an edit if you are not stratified with it. The print will be shipped once we get your approval, so please kindly reply to our messages within a week, otherwise we will have the print shipped as is.
