Frequently asked questions
Care instructions
If your cutting board gets a lot of use and a lot of washing, they can start to look dull and dried out. Replenish the wood using food safe mineral oil—just apply a small amount with very slightly damp rag.
And always remember: No matter what cleaning method you use, dry the cutting boards with a clean towel and stand them up to dry completely. You don’t want to lay them down right away, as moisture can be trapped underneath
