Do you accept returns? What is your return policy?
If you're not happy with your leather goods, we provide hassle free returns and exchanges that don't cost you anything. Please kindly note that, customized items are not returnable unless there is a malfunction or failure that occurs. Shipping cannot be refunded and you'll be responsible for return shipping on any items that you'd like to exchange or return unless it was damaged or defective.
We appreciate your understanding of our return policies, and we will try our best to make it right.
Care instructions
Take care to avoid getting water on your leather products. Heavy rain can be harmful for any leather. In the event that your bag gets soaked in pouring rain, let it air-dry slowly. Lay the bag on the floor or a table so that it is flat – this will avoid drooping, slouching, or wrinkling. Do not place it near a radiator, heater, or in the clothes dryer, as excess heat will damage the leather.
Wipe clean w/damp cloth fabric in circular motion when needed. Gently rub small marks to lessen their appearance.
