My story began three years ago on my wife’s birthday. While searching for the perfect gift, I wanted to surprise her with a high-quality leather Bible cover — something both beautiful and functional, made to last for years. Since she often carries her phone with her, I envisioned a handmade leather case with a pocket, crafted from genuine leather and designed for everyday use.
I couldn’t find anything that felt right. Most leather covers were either too simple or overly complicated, with unnecessary details and unclear material origins. I was looking for a leather accessory made from genuine, high-quality leather, with a clean design and thoughtful functionality — and when I couldn’t find it, I decided to create it myself.
I reached out to a friend in Ukraine, whose passion is crafting handmade leather goods. Together, we brought the idea to life. The result was a custom leather Bible cover, carefully made from full-grain leather. Even after two years, my wife still tells me how beautiful and practical that leather cover is — a gift she truly uses every day.
When the war in Ukraine began, I started thinking about how I could support the people who were facing unimaginable hardship. That’s when I proposed working more closely with this small leather workshop — transforming our collaboration into a partnership and expanding into a collection of handcrafted leather products, including leather covers, leather organizers, and personalized leather accessories.
