How to send photos?
When you send me a message on Etsy, click Attach Image icon.
Do you ship internationally, and can I send it as a gift?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Buyers outside the US may need to pay customs fees upon delivery. To send your portrait as a gift, just enter the recipient's address at checkout and mark the order as a gift. If you need your order by a specific date, please message us before ordering and we will let you know if it can arrive in time.
How do proofs and revisions work?
After you send your photos, you will receive a digital proof of your portrait before anything is printed. Free revisions are included until the proof looks right: colors, background, facial details, clothing and more. Major changes after approval (new photos, different people or a new composition) may require an additional fee. Once you approve the proof, your portrait goes to print and can no longer be changed.
What kind of photos should I send?
Clear, well-lit photos where faces are visible work best. We can combine people from different photos, add a loved one who has passed, include pets or change the background. If a photo is too small or blurry, we will let you know and suggest the best option. Your photos are used only to create your order and are never shared or published without your permission.
How long will it take to get my proof and my order?
You usually receive your proof within a few business days after we get your photos (it may take a little longer during the holiday season). Processing time starts after you approve the proof. Printed items are made and shipped from the United States by our printing partner, and estimated delivery times are shown on each listing. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every portrait is personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, a size chosen by mistake, or after the proof has been approved. This does not affect your rights if your item arrives damaged or defective.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please message us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send you a free replacement or issue a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After work on your portrait has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
How do digital files work?
Digital portraits are delivered through Etsy after you approve the proof. Due to the nature of digital products, they are non-refundable once delivered. Digital files are for personal use only and may not be resold.
Do I pay extra for more people or pets?
Please choose the number of people or pets in the listing options. If you are unsure, send us a message before ordering and we will be happy to help.
