5 out of 5 starsLooks great and is customized as I asked. My only concern is that the inside wheel with the messages is very thin wood, which concerns me for breaking / longevity. (Perhaps it needs to be based on functionality.) The smallest size was perfect on my office door under my nameplate. But overall I'm very happy! I can definitely see gifting these.

Can I change the size of an item from the order I just placed?
You can request a change to your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed. Due to our rapid order processing, changes and cancellations cannot always be accommodated. Please contact our customer care team immediately (within the hour) with your order number and request details. This will help minimize any processing delays caused by the changes.
Can I change or add anything to my order?
Most of the time you will not be able to change it. Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order, if possible we will try our best. If not, please proceed to place a new order.
Can I change my order delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 6 hours of placing your order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to change the delivery address. However, please note that due to the continuous operation of our warehouse, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Our standard processing time is 4 - 7 days.
Shipping time for U.S. orders is 8 - 12 days, while international orders take 10 - 17 days.
Tracking may take 2-5 business days to activate, as each item is handcrafted and packaged with care.
During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended by a few days
What if I receive the wrong item or there is a mistake in my order?
If the mistake is on our part, we will refund or replace the item ASAP. Please contact us, and we will make it right!
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Yes, but only within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.
What if the shipping carrier delays my order?
Once the item ships, it is entirely out of our control and in the hands of the shipping carrier. If you have a strict deadline, please communicate with us so we can expedite your order if need be.
Additional shipping upgrades might need to be purchased at checkout to speed up the delivery. We also offer UPS Ground which we can send you the link to purchase via Etsy Messages.
We will NOT issue refunds for delayed packages. We provide multiple shipping upgrade options to help ensure on-time orders. We will only GUARANTEE delivery dates if your deadline is communicated with us and have chosen a shipping option that suits your deadline.
What is my package is lost/stolen/delayed?
LightUpStar is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
If you cannot find a package marked as "delivered" we suggest checking with your neighbors and following up with your local post office or the shipping carrier. Sometimes weird things happen like it was delivered one house over, or it's still on the shipping truck, etc.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with a photo, and we will replace it.
Help! My package arrived damaged!
Sometimes USPS is really rough with packages and they arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 business days of delivery and provide a photo of the damage. We will gladly mail you a replacement because THAT is a total bummer.
