Do you offer local pick up?
Sorry, We do not offer local pick up. Some of our designs are available at local boutiques, ask us where you can shop locally! My processing and delivery are very speedy, and rush processing is available if needed, send us a message.
Can you wrap my purchase? Can I get individual boxes?

What type of earring posts do you use? Will they be comfortable in my sensitive ears?
We use Medical Grad Pure Titanium posts with a nickel-free stainless-steel glue pad. They are 100% Nickel Free, and hypoallergenic for the vast majority of users. Our product is tested by an independent lab and conforms to CPSC requirements for children 3 and up. Metal allergies are highly individual and no material is right for everyone. If you have any discomfort wearing my earrings, please contact me!
Custom and personalized orders
We no longer offer custom orders for single pairs. Please contact me for pricing on custom orders of 10+ pairs!
When will I have my order? I need it by XX date!
We ship every M, W, F ; more frequently during peak holiday dates. Default shipping is 2-4 day transit time. If you need your order by a certain date, please upgrade your shipping to Priority or Priority Express AND send us a message so we can ship ASAP. If you leave a note in the 'Message to Seller" box we will not see it until our typical processing day. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and shipping fees are non-refundable for late delivery.
When will my international order arrive?
International economy shipping is VERY slow, 2-4+ weeks. We do not have access to tracking once your package has left the US. International shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us if you believe your international order is missing.
What type of earring backs are included? Do you offer flat backs or screw backs?
Earrings are sold by the pair and include soft plastic bullet backs. Extra backs are available in our shop in plastic and titanium. We do not offer flat backs or screw backs at this time.
