Frequently asked questions
How can I ensure that the products will work on my device?
The planners and journals were created as PDFs with hyperlinked functionality, designed to work seamlessly on all major devices and with most annotation apps like Goodnotes. Before purchasing, please check if the PDF annotation app you intend to use fulfills your notetaking needs, whether through handwriting or typing. If any issues arise, and they are not related to your device or app, feel free to reach out for assistance.
Are the planners printable?
Yes, the LimitlessJourneys products are printable and can be used as physical products. While they were primarily designed for use on annotation apps like Goodnotes, you are free to print them out if desired. You can use Adobe to do this.
If you would like to print the products in a different size than they come in and don't know how to do it yourself, get in contact and I will try to convert the pdf to the size you want.
How do I find the Instant Download that I have purchased?
Upon purchasing, the files are available for download within a few seconds. To access your digital files, go to 'Your Account' on the top right of Etsy, then click on 'Purchases'. There, you will find the purchase and the download button. This will lead you to a PDF with instructions and links to all the files attached to your order. Please note that the two-step process is necessary due to the files' large size.
If you are a Guest on Etsy, check your email for an email from 'transactions@etsy.com,' which should include the download link. From the PDF, follow the instructions mentioned earlier.
If you have Adobe, you can use it to view or print your files.
I downloaded the planner on the wrong device. Can I download it again?
Certainly! You can easily download the product (planner or any other) that you have purchased as many times as you need, as long as it's for personal use only. Simply redo the downloading process on the device you want the planner to be on.
What app do you recommend for your digital products?
While I personally use and highly recommend Goodnotes for the planning process, feel free to choose an app that you are comfortable with, provided that the links within the PDF work. If needed, you can use Adobe as a PDF viewer and for printing the PDF.
What is the difference between a dated planner and an undated planner?
Most of LimitlessJourneys' planners and journals are 'undated,' meaning the days are not associated with specific days of the week (e.g., Monday, Tuesday). However, the months and numbers of the days of the month are clearly stated. As a result, you can reuse the planner yearly, making it suitable for use as a 2023 planner or a 2025 or even a 2056 planner, while still providing all the functionalities of a dated planner without the days of the week specified.
Can I return an item from your store?
Due to the digital nature of LimitlessJourney products, returns and exchanges are not offered. However, if you have any specific needs or concerns, feel free to reach out for assistance. Your satisfaction is important to us.
