It is said that of all textile fibers, linen is the most ecological.

✔️ Wash the linens in a washing machine: colored linen in cool to 40 degrees water, and plain white linen at 60 degrees with a gentle liquid detergent;

✔️ Note that some linen products might shrink by about 4% after the first wash;

✔️ Bleaching is not recommend as it can damage any sort of fabric;

✔️ Avoid liquid chlorine bleach (LCB), dryer sheets, and washer or dryer balls. Harsh detergents can do damage, LCB can weaken the fibers, reducing the life of your linen;

✔️ Tumble drying is not recommended as it always decreases the life of any fabric;

✔️ If you like to iron your linens, you may do so by using high heat and steam. Linen is much easier to iron while damp.

Custom orders can take anything from two days to a month to create, so please allow plenty of time for your piece to be made.

To request a custom made order, you’ll simply need to click on "Request Custom Order" in the shop's main landing page on Etsy, with an outline of the piece you have in mind. Please include any specifications regarding color, quantity and date needed by in your order description. I'll be shortly in touch with pricing and details about creating the piece for you.

Please note, that I realy want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, let me know and I will work with you to make it right.

But bear in mind, that CUSTOM ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS, OR PERSONALISED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. These products can only be returned if faulty.

In case you want to cancel your order, you must contact me immediately by writing a message via Etsy.

Note that a request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing the order on Etsy. I will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 (twenty hours) from making the order.
Always NOTE THAT, changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.

In the event there is a defect or problem with your order, please contact me via Etsy messages within 72 hours of the delivery of your order to inform me of the issue. If I am not notified within 72 hours of receiving the item, it cannot qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your message for me to address your concern.

Please note that due to the products being h a n d c r a f t e d some minor irregularities, slight variations and imperfections can occur; Also, colours may slightly vary from originals depending on computer monitor or smartphone settings. Please bear in mind that these are an inherent part of the product and should not be considered a defect.

The time I need to prepare your order varies. Depending on what type of product was purchased, please expect to wait 3-14 working days for your order to be completed.

Once I ship your order, I will send you a shipping notification letting you know that your order is already on its way, along with the order details you need to be informed about. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.

NOTE that, as the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
