The color is not what I expected.

If you're looking for a specific shade or tone of the color, do not rely 100% on what you see on the screen of your computer or cell phone! Screens tend to change colors. For every item in our store we recommend ordering color samples before deciding on a particular color. Besides, the cost of the samples will be reimbursed with your next order, you're not loosing anything! :)

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We love our customers and try to make their experience with Linden Studio (former Linen Duet) as pleasant as possible. We do understand that sometimes you might be not 100% satisfied with your order. Let us know about the problem within 3 days of receiving the item. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
