I ordered a custom design to put my logo on cuttingboards. The order process was smooth with no issues. The product came quicker than described. It heats up and “brands” my logo super good. The only complaint is that the handle heats up quite warm. Other than that, I’d recommend this US based company.

The product quality, shipping, and customer service were very good. I didn’t like that purchase total amounts were shown for each item selected rather than the price of each item individually. Consequently it was necessary to calculate the price myself to see the amount that I was being charged for each item.
