My order says delivered and I haven’t received it.
If you’ve ordered a sticker or anything that is able to go letter mail versus a package, shipping updates to ‘Delivered’ once it has hit the destination zip code, NOT once it actually reaches your address. Please allow at least another 1-3 business days for your order to arrive.
Can you do a current design as another item?/Can you make a minor change to a current design?
Yes!
Depending on the item and design, I can probably offer a variation. However, it might be through a different platform, like RedBubble or Threadless, due to order minimums through my usual suppliers.
For example, if you’re interested in a current sticker design but with a different background (clear instead of white), I can upload the design and make it available for purchase elsewhere.
If something like that is popular, I can eventually add it to my shop!
Do you sell/offer discounts for items in bulk/for resale?
No.
I do not allow the reselling of my work and do not offer any kind of bulk sales of stickers/pins/buttons/etc.
Exceptions to the general rule of resales:
1: Custom Model Horses: Due to the nature of the model horse/Breyer hobby, I understand models change hands and are resold often. These are exempt from any rule of reselling. Although if you order a custom from me and immediately turn around to resell for profit, I reserve the right to refuse future sales.
2: Limited Edition stickers- These go hand-in-hand with the models as I know there’s a demand for Sticker Club and limited edition stickers in the right spaces. As long as you’re not ordering a ton to resell, I don’t care.
