For gemstone jewellery, each natural gemstone is unique and will be intuitively chosen for your piece. Colours, patterns, markings and shape may vary slightly from the photographs shown.

For most one-of-a-kind crystal and mineral pieces, you will receive the exact item photographed unless otherwise stated.

Tumbled stones will also be intuitively chosen for you and may naturally vary in colour, pattern, shape and markings.

IMPORTANT: Natural crystals and gemstones may contain small imperfections, inclusions or surface markings, which are part of their unique natural character.

A jewellery care guide is included with every Little Gem Corner purchase.

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

• Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, sleeping, exercising or doing housework.
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, chemicals and cleaning products.
• Keep jewellery clean and dry, and store it safely when not being worn.
• Gently wipe stainless steel jewellery with a clean, soft cloth when needed.
• Handle handmade wire-wrapped pieces and natural gemstones with care to avoid knocks, snagging or damage.

With a little care, your Little Gem Corner jewellery can be enjoyed for a long time.

We offer a free repair service within 2 months of purchase, for Little Gem Corner handmade jewellery, subject to materials being available.

Customers are responsible for postage and appropriate insurance costs both when returning the item to us and for postage back after repair.

After 2 months, a small repair fee will apply.

As we no longer stock sterling silver or gold-filled findings, we’re unable to offer repairs for these older pieces.

Little Gem Corner jewellery is designed for adult use only and is not intended for children or as pet accessories. Please keep jewellery and any small components away from children and animals.

Our crystals and minerals are sold primarily as decorative or display pieces. Please handle them with care, as natural stones may have sharp edges, delicate points or small loose fragments.

Tumbled stones and other small crystals should also be kept away from young children and pets due to potential choking hazards.

All Little Gem Corner products should be used and handled responsibly.

We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges on eligible items.

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and return your item within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage and we recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once received, returns are usually inspected and processed within 1–2 business days.

Each Little Gem Corner jewellery piece is made to order. Please check the individual listing for the current processing time.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service, which usually arrives within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may take longer during busy periods or unexpected delays.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is available as an upgrade at checkout.
