All of the ornaments I have from this shop are beautiful, quality items. I purchased the same ornament two years ago for my older son and wanted to order a matching one for my son born this year. I chose a different text style than the ornament I purchased before. The seller went out of their way to make me two ornaments - the one I ordered and one to match the same design as the ornament I already had. It was such a kind gesture and nice surprise when I opened up my package.

I bought this item as a gift with a special note to my grand son as a keepsake, the note was not included in the gift and the gift was not packaged like a gift at all. I am very disappointed and I would tell my family and friends of my experience. Vicki Poulos

PERFECTION!!! I ordered one of these last year when my first son was born and I knew I needed another one when my second son was born in July. There was a minor issue with the one I just ordered but the seller quickly responded and quickly fixed the issue and sent me another super fast! Can’t recommend this seller or this item enough!
