Care instructions
All bracelets that are gold filled and sterling silver can be worn at almost all times and not tarnish, I do recommend taking off bracelets if swimming/sleeping. Please don’t leave your child unsupervised with bracelet on.
Silver plated bracelets attachments will tarnish over time and need to be taken off when/ sleeping/bathing/ swimming or from any chemicals to keep the integrity of the
bracelet longer. Please make sure to always watch children with their bracelets on!
Should babies sleep with bracelets on or be left alone with bracelets on?
We recommend against leaving bracelets on your little ones unsupervised (naps, playing by themselves) The bracelets are made with durable, high quality professional bead wire, and are very difficult to break. We still advise to remove before nap/bedtime or unsupervised, especially if your child is teething be sure to watch them with jewelry.

What if the bracelet does not fit?
If your bracelet does not fit, you may return the bracelet and I will resize it. I have a resize listing you may purchase for me to do so. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. All bracelets should fit snug on infants so they can not pull them off!
International orders
International orders can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. After 6 weeks the package will be considered lost

RETURNS
If your bracelet breaks within the first days I will send out a replacement, other wise you will need to ship the bracelet back to me and I will fix it. This doesn’t happen often, but things can happen. My bracelet are made to the best quality I can make them, But they are not indestructible.
I do not accept cancellation, or returns on personalized items.

If your order is shipped to the wrong address we are NOT responsible to send you another package. Please DOUBLE check your address before checkout to make sure it’s the right and updated one!
