This Privacy Policy describes how and when **LiveLaughLoveParty** (“I”, “me”, “my”, “we”) collects, uses, and shares your information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through [https://www.etsy.com/shop/LiveLaughLoveParty](https://www.etsy.com/shop/LiveLaughLoveParty) (the “Site”), or via Etsy and its related sites and services.
This policy does *not* apply to the practices of Etsy or any other third parties that I do not control. You may wish to review Etsy’s privacy policy here: [https://www.etsy.com/legal/privacy/](https://www.etsy.com/legal/privacy/). ([Etsy][1])

1. Information I collect
When you place an order through Etsy, I receive the information you authorized Etsy to provide, including:
* Your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number;
* Details of the product you ordered (e.g., item, size, customization);
* Payment information (processed via Etsy/its payments processor — I do *not* have access to full card details);
* Any personalization or custom details you provide (for example, if you ask me to add a name, number, college team, flag size, etc.);
* If you contact me (via Etsy Messages/Convo), I may store the content of our communications and your contact details.
I may also collect non-personal information automatically through analytics services (such as visit counts, device type, browsing behavior) if I use those tools.

2. How and why I use your information
I use your information for the following purposes:
* To fulfil your order: manufacture/prepare your item(s), arrange shipping, send updates.
* To communicate with you: respond to questions, send you order status, and handle returns/exchanges.
* To improve my services: analyze what items sell, monitor performance, improve the shopping experience (this may involve non-identifiable aggregated data).
* If you have opted in to marketing (newsletter, special offers), only then may I use your email for promotional communications; you may opt out at any time. ([Etsy][2])
* To comply with legal obligations: e.g., tax/financial records, regulatory filings, or responding to lawful requests.

3. Sharing your information
I will *not* rent or sell your personal information to third parties for marketing. I may share your information with:
* Etsy, as needed to operate the marketplace and fulfill orders.
* Shipping & fulfillment providers (e.g., courier companies) so your item can be delivered.
* Analytics or marketing tools (only if you have given consent, where required).
If I transfer your information outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to a country without equivalent data protection laws, I will ensure appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) are in place. ([Alura][3])

4. Data retention
I will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy (e.g., for order fulfillment, service improvement, legal compliance). After that, I will securely delete or anonymize your information.

5. Your rights
Depending on your country, you may have certain rights regarding the data I hold about you, including:
* The right to access the information I hold about you.
* The right to correct or update your information.
* The right to request deletion of your information (where deletion will not conflict with legal/contractual obligations).
* The right to object to certain processing (e.g., for marketing).
If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact me at sweetmagnoliagifts@yahoo.com.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies
On the Site and via Etsy, cookies and similar technologies may be used (by Etsy and by me) to collect non-personal information (e.g., site visits, device type) to improve service. If I use third-party analytics or advertising (for example, Google Analytics or remarketing tags), you will be informed, and you will have the ability to opt out where required by law. ([Etsy][2])

7. Marketing communications
If you opted in to receive marketing emails from me (for example, newsletter or special-offer updates), you may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting me directly. I do *not* send unsolicited promotional messages via Etsy Convos or outside the bounds of what you agreed to. ([Etsy][2])

8. International buyers
If you are located outside the United States/your shipping destination, please note that when you place an order, your information may be transferred outside your home country (for example, for fulfillment or shipping). By placing an order with me, you accept this transfer.

9. Children’s information
My products are intended for adults and home decor/occasion use. I do *not* intentionally collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe I have collected personal information from a minor, please contact me and I will take steps to remove that information.

10. Changes to this policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised accordingly. Continued use of my shop after the change means you accept the updated policy.
