Custom and personalized orders
I do not create fully customized, commissioned artwork. However, if you're interested in a small change, such as adjusting the color or text on an existing piece, feel free to send me a message! I'm happy to discuss your idea and let you know if it's something I can accommodate for an additional fee.
Gift wrapping and packaging
At this time, I do not offer gift wrapping or custom packaging, as my art pieces are printed and shipped by a fulfillment company. However, when you mark your order as a gift at checkout, Etsy offers a “Gift Teaser” feature—this sends the recipient a fun, email preview of the gift (without showing what it is), along with your personalized message. It's a great way to let them know something special is on the way, while keeping the surprise intact!
Can I cancel or change an order?
Cancellations and changes are not guaranteed, but may be possible as long as an order has not gone into production. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change the address on the order.
Do you offer digital downloads instead of printed posters?
Low Star Studio used to sell digital downloads. However, due to intellectual property concerns I no longer do so. Protecting the integrity of my work is important to me, and limiting file distribution helps prevent unauthorized use or reproduction.
Is your art available for licensing?
My art may be available for licensing depending on the project. Feel free to reach out with some details—I’d love to hear more and see if it’s a good fit!
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any loss in value if the item isn’t in its original condition. To start a return, just message me on Etsy. Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
I don’t offer exchanges, as each print is made to order through a print-on-demand process, which makes exchanges tricky to manage. If you’d like a different print, contact me to start the return process and place a new order for the one you want.
How soon will I get my order? Do you have expedited shipping?
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process, plus an additional 2–14 business days for shipping. Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, so don’t worry if you don’t see movement right away. If you’re ever concerned about your order, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to look into it for you. At this time, I do not offer expedited shipping.
