5 out of 5 starsUpdating my review. Got the product and it's perfect. My friend loves it. Very poor customer service. Places my order. Got no reply from the owner asking about the photo to make on the air freshener. I had to msg her and ask what was going on. I just uploaded the photo in thee message only cause I did that before with custom pillows. All I got was "I'll make that". That's it. Was told the order would be received by 10-13. A label was made on the 8th and that's it. Nothing else. I never got a preview of the item. So I have no clue if it was made right. Here's it's the 14th and tracking still says "label made". That means it's never been accepted at the delivery place yet. Again no communication back from the owner.
