All items at Lucy’s Locker are made to order and personalised specially for you. Current processing times are shown on each listing and are typically 1–5 working days depending on stock availability and order volume.

Many orders are completed sooner where possible, however some items may require additional stock to arrive before your order can be made.

If you need your order for a specific date, a birthday, holiday, wedding, baby shower or special event, please message me before ordering and I will always do my best to help where possible.
I cannot guarantee delivery dates unless agreed in advance, especially during busy periods.

Please note that delivery times apply after dispatch and are separate from processing times.

UK orders are usually shipped using Evri Next Day or Royal Mail Tracked 24 depending on your delivery location.

Tracking information will be uploaded once your order has been dispatched.

USA orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.

This means:

Import duties and customs charges are included at checkout
No additional fees are due on delivery
The price paid at checkout is the final price

International delivery estimates for USA orders are typically around 3–7 working days after dispatch, although customs processing times can occasionally vary.

International orders outside the UK are fully tracked where possible.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services within your country.

Buyers outside the USA may still be responsible for any import taxes, VAT or customs charges required by their country.

To help keep your personalised clothing looking its best:

Wash inside out at 30°C
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron directly onto printed areas
Avoid bleach or harsh detergents

Full care instructions may also be included with your order where applicable.

As most items are personalised and made to order, returns and exchanges cannot usually be accepted unless an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.
