I ordered these switches as one of my housemates has become pretty sensitive to the click-clack of my more audible keyboard and I wanted to build a quiet one for nighttime usage. Customer service was excellent and accommodating as the switches I initially ordered turned out to be out of stock, and they offered to send the hand-lubed version at a discount to make up for it. Keyboard sounds fantastically silent so I'm quite pleased!
