I started making jewellery for myself and mum after a college Silver jewellery making course in 2008.
I am a qualified Nursery Nurse who specialised in Speech and Language emotional and behavioural support for autism and other SEN both in Social Services and Mainstream education for most of my career.
I retired in 2019 due to my own ill health, Arthritis and severe migraines ..working within a noisy school nursery and reception class was not ideal however much I loved it ..
I had always worked with the children creatively using beads and craft activities to teach counting sequencing threading for improving fine motor skills patience and persistence for example.

but being allergic to their jewellery metal base I also react to Gold. Started making Sterling Silver with Swarovski®Pearl jewellery adding Onyx ,Hematite, Amethyst, Rose quartz, Jade other gemstones and Swarovski®Crystals

I started making Wedding jewellery in 2018 after making Bridal pendants and my own mother of the groom jewellery for My Sons Wedding in July 2018. The Leanne Style Pendant is my best seller and named after my Daughter in law ..
...it's the design which started the wedding jewellery business that is now luv'd uk.
Sadly mum died in July 2018 just 5 days before my sons wedding. Mum tested all my first designs and proudly wore them for gardening and all the usual household chores to ensure the designs and materials were robust enough . My Amethyst collection was made whilst she was ill and was her favourite stone and birthstone.She never took them off, proudly showing everyone even whilst in St Gemmas . In her memory 10% of all Amethyst sales are donated to St Gemmas Hospice Leeds each year.
