the quality of the item is not what I had expected. I asked to send it back to them for a refund. contacting this seller was basically impossible. I had to wait days between individual responses. in the end they offered a partial refund to keep the item as delivery would cost more. I have still never received a refund. Do not buy from this seller if you want a good quality dress or any form of communication.
