I think I was charged Sales Tax?
Yes! If you are shipping an item to an address located in Florida, or one of the many other locations that collects sales tax, you may have seen that tax added to your total. Etsy as a marketplace will collect sales tax automatically for some locations - as a seller based in Florida, I have to manually charge the 6% sales tax. This is done to keep everything 100% above board and legal! Please understand that sales tax is not something that sellers can negotiate :)
