Beading is a hobby, so my ability to take custom orders depends on the particular request and the other demands on my time. However, it never hurts to ask! If you see something you like that is sold sold out or would prefer another color just let me know.

Custom orders will generally ship in 7-14 days depending on the complexity of the piece and whether I have to order the beads. I will require a deposit of 50% of the price at the time the order is placed, and the remaining 50% before the item is shipped.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

Jewelry is packaged in silver tins, which are suitable for gift giving--just add a bow and a card! If you have a special request, please contact me to discuss your needs.

While I hope that every piece arrives in perfect condition, occasionally things go wrong. If you have any questions or problems, please don't hesitate to contact me and we'll find a solution.

The price of most items includes the cost of packaging and USPS first class shipping. If you purchase multiple items, my costs are reduced and I'm more than willing to pass this savings on to you.

The quality of the materials (especially gemstones) can vary greatly from piece to piece--even among similar items. Therefore, even pieces with similar types of materials may range greatly in price.

Additionally, the MSR Collection is made with much higher quality materials (sterling silver, gold vermeil, semi-precious stones) and many of the findings are handmade. The extra skill and upgraded materials are reflected in the price point.

I try to provide as much information as possible about the dimensions/size of each piece of jewelry. However, if you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

I try to estimate the wrist size that each bracelet will fit. However, I like bracelets to fit with just enough slack that I can fit one or two fingers between my wrist and the bracelet. Therefore, if you prefer a looser fit, buy larger than my recommendations.

Wrist sizing is based on a snug measurement (but not tight) between the wrist bone and the hand. If you don't have a flexible measuring tape, wrist measurements can be taken with a piece of string or ribbon -- just note the appropriate length and then measure the string.
