WHAT IS YOUR QUALITY GUARANTEE?
We have complete faith in our products, any errors in material, design, or printing will be fully refunded or reproduced and shipped with no additional cost to you.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?
Yes. We ship to North America, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia and some countries in Africa
WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED AT GUARANTEED TIME?
We ship all our orders with UPS, DHL and FedEx carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by our carriers as it's out of our control. If we fail to ship in time for a guaranteed delivery date, we will refund shipping cost on the order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return for any undamaged products. Once your return is approved, simply ship it back to us within an additional 14 days from approval date for a refund, store credit or an exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition, using original packaging they were delivered in. Items that show damage due to use will not be accepted. Items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.
HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
We will prepare your order as fast as possible, usually in 2-5 business days. Delivery time ranges:
2-5 days for US
3-8 days for EU
8-14 days for International
If the shipping is carried out during big holidays, it may take a bit more time to be delivered, our advice is order in advance.
