5 out of 5 starsThis was the perfect alternative to a guest book we were looking for. It looks smart and professionally done and the colour of the frame was lovely too. Highly recommend! We also used a fine line sharpie for our guests to write on the pieces with, and it worked perfectly without any bleeding into the wood

4 out of 5 starsDelivery took longer than planned and when it did arrive was sent to a third party for me to collect from, was a business that was only open business hours so not easy to pop in too. Ordered the oak frame but it was an oak effect paper covered msg? Did message them about this but didn’t receive a response. Whilst the jigsaw it self was good and easy to use the frame not being Oak was a let down. If I had known this I wouldn’t have ordered. So the item was not as described (oak effect frame not OAK frame). Delivery took longer than planned. Label had been created but not sent from supplier.

5 out of 5 starsWe wanted to have a guest book that we wouldn't just end up putting away in a drawer, and this is such a lovely object. Can't wait to see how it looks when our wedding guests have added their names and scribbles (probably someone will draw something rude on one of them but it can't be helped...). I also loved seeing my future married name :) Delivery was very speedy, item is exactly as described and we're very pleased.

Custom and personalised orders
The majority of our items are personalised to order, so may take longer than typical online purchases. If you have any queries regarding processing times for potential orders or current purchases, please get in touch.
Delivery Timescales
In order to keep delivery costs down for customers, we offer 2-3 working day delivery in the UK, however any order being delivered overseas will take longer, some services taking up to 14 working days depending on location. If you have any queries regarding delivery of a potential order or a current purchase please get in touch.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Orders marked as a Gift will not be packaged differently, they will simply include the Gift Message printout instead of an order receipt. Gift Wrap is available on most of our products, however there are some exceptions. As Etsy does not let us individually specify which products are not available with gift wrap please ask us to confirm before ordering. If Gift Wrap is purchased on an item it is not available for a message will be sent to you and a refund for that cost will be processed when the order is shipped.
