Care instructions
Remove your jewelry when:
• performing house hold tasks or using harsh chemicals;
• putting on lotion, perfume, hair spray;
• swimming in the pool;
• bathing.
Clean your jewelry regularly and store it in a zip lock bag. For gold filled and sterling silver pieces use warm water with mild dishwashing soap to wash and a soft cloth to dry and shine.
What is gold-fill?
Gold-fill is an actual layer of gold bonded with pressure to another metal, usually brass or copper. Gold-fill is not to be confused with gold plating as gold-fill has a much thicker layer of gold. Gold filled jewelry does not flake off or rub off and with proper care it can last a lifetime.
My package has been lost, what should I do?
I offer an insured shipping option at checkout which will help you get a refund or a replacement if your package gets lost in transit. If you decide not to purchase it, I can only help you by submitting a missing mail search. Unfortunately, I will not be able to recompense you if USPS does not locate your parcel.
Please note that orders which qualify for free shipping ($35 and up) are shipped without the shipping insurance; therefore, if you’d like to protect your package, please upgrade to the next shipping option.
When will my package ship?
All items are made to order and usually take 4-8 BUSINESS DAYS to ship (weekends and holidays are skipped when counting). You can also see the estimated shipping time by going to your “Purchases & Reviews” and clicking on the order.
