I loved all the color options and the seller was great in answering my question regarding the difference between the two yellow options & sending a proof for me to review before putting the item into production! I went with Ocher and it is the perfect warm yellow!

Returns & Refunds Policy
All products are unique and produced to order, due to their nature we cannot accept returns however we will replace any faulty items.
We will offer a replacement (same product, size, design & color) if the item is faulty, and you have 14 days to report this. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you want a different size or color, so please check the size guide before ordering. However, we will work with you until you’re happy. We are not responsible for incorrect quantities ordered. Original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund and you are responsible for return shipping costs. We will replace any items that get lost, unless provided address is incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you want a different size or color, so please check the size and/or color guide before ordering.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We don't currently offer gift wrapping or adding notes into orders. Sorry!
My Order Hasn't Arrived?
If an order has not been delivered within 25 calendar days (for domestic US orders) or in 40 calendar days (for international orders), you need to let us know within one week to be eligible for a replacement.
We do not issue refunds if an order goes missing in transit, but we will issue a replacement(s).
It is YOUR responsibility to collect packages if they get delivered to a Parcel Shop or Delivery/Post Office. If they get returned to us, you will be responsible for any fees or charges. No refunds will be given if your order gets returned - however we will re-ship whenever possible, we may ask for a shipping fee.
Express shipping?
Express shipping can be selected at checkout, if available for your address. Express shipping is usually an overnight, or 2 day shipping service.
Please note that production cannot be rushed, production time is the same regardless of what shipping option you select. Along with this we aren't able to guarantee a specific delivery date.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
You have a window of 2 hours to cancel your order. After this we cannot edit or cancel orders. This is because we start working on orders as soon as we receive them.
COPYRIGHT / TRADEMARK
We take absolute care and attention when designing our products. We perform thorough searches on each design to prevent infringement of any existing trademarks prior to listing. If you believe we are infringing on your copyright or trademark, then please get in touch with us and we'll take action immediately. Any infringements are usually completely unintentional and we are happy to remove any offending items from our store.

Will everything in my order ship together?
This depends on what is in your order. Pennants and Tapestries will always ship together. However, woven tapestries, blankets & prints may ship separately.
This is due to the individual packaging requirements. For example, shipping a print and a blanket together, will most likely end up damaging the print.
Items shipping separately adds no extra cost to your order, we are happy to cover the cost of the extra shipping charges.
Are you based in the UK or the USA?
I'm a UK resident (Sam). However, I work with a lovely printmaker in North Carolina, USA who prints and ships orders on my behalf.
Essentially, everything is designed in the UK but is made in, and ships from the USA.
If I order 2+ banners will they match?
Not necessarily. To optimize the visual appeal, we adjust text sizes accordingly. Take, for example, the names "Ava" and "Theodore." Given their varying lengths, they will be presented in different font sizes to ensure a harmonious design across banners. Should you desire uniform font sizes across two or more banners, it's essential to specify this preference when placing your order. However, it's important to consider that this request might result in a less aesthetically pleasing outcome. For instance, equating the font size of "Ava" with "Theodore" would leave "Ava" in a small font size that doesn't fit the full width of the banner. This is not something we would recommend doing, but we will accommodate the request.
