4 out of 5 starsIf you like to dive deep into your soul this is what you want It is not what I was expecting it be. Her books are not what I thought it would be it is more of a therapy book than a goal writing book. I have had these type of exercises and they don’t really help I’m am really bummed but the discription didn’t match up with I thought I was getting I even looked at it multiple times before I bought it.
