If Parcel Lost
Shipping worldwide usually takes 10-25 business days, depends on the country.
If tracking status will not update 45 days after dispatched abroad from Ukraine, I will do a full refund.
I ask to wait 45 days because every country customs can hold parcel 45 days without updating tracking status.
Sizing details
If you are not sure about the size and would like to get the item, that will approach 100%, mail to me and all knitwear will be made according to your personal measure.
Color difference
ATTENTION: light effect, monitor's brightness, contrast, etc. may cause a slight color difference on the items.
None-delivery
Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees. Only after the Seller gets the parcel back the Buyer can get the refund. The refund amount will be reduced by all the transport service commissions, PayPal and Etsy fees.
Return Shipping Policy
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, we kindly ask that you ship the item back within 7 days of your return notification.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
