Easy to "discuss" with and the end result is exactly as I hoped. Feels like good quality frame and colors of both the frame and print are great. Highly recommend Joey both for professionalism during the development of the "map" and for the fantastic outcome!

What happens if my Order as the incorrect information?
-- Please send us an Etsy Message. If it is our mistake (we incorrectly used the information you provided), we will remake your design and replace it at no cost to you. If the mistake is yours (the information provided to us was incorrect), we will correct the design for you at a reduced cost to cover materials, shipping, and design time.
How do I let you know how to personalize my order?
--During checkout you have the option to leave me a note with the personalization's for your order. You can also send me a message with the details after your purchase is complete.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
