Shipping
I ship worldwide registered with the Spanish Postal Service (Correos), with a tracking number within 2 to 4 business days after receiving the payment.
It normally takes 3 - 4 weeks for delivery.
The orders will be carefully packaged and wrapped I use recycled padding as much as possible for saving Planet (Large and extra large oil painting comes rolled up in a tube).
The orders will be shipped to your Etsy's address, please make sure there are no mistakes. If you want to ship an order to a different address, please send me a message.
Delivery time is approximately:
Spain: 2-5 business days
Europe: 7-15 business days
Canada: 8- business days
Australia: 8-15 business days
United States: 15 business days

International buyers are responsible for any import taxes, customs, duties, excise or vat taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you accept returns?
All original artworks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged during shipping.
This policy complies with EU/UK regulations for handmade, one-of-a-kind items.
Is the artwork framed?
No, the artwork is sold unframed unless otherwise stated in the listing.
This allows buyers to choose a frame that suits their space and style.
Will I receive a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Every original painting comes with a signed certificate of authenticity, including title, date, and medium.
What happens if the painting arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.
I’ll work with you to either issue a refund or replace the item, depending on the situation.
Returns due to damage must be approved and follow Etsy’s case system.
Will colors look exactly like they do on screen?
Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen’s brightness and calibration. I try to photograph my work as accurately as possible.
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
I ship from Spain via registered international post (Correos). Delivery usually takes:
• Europe: 1–3 weeks
• USA/Canada: 2–4 weeks
• Rest of world: 2–5 weeks
Tracking is always provided.
Can I return the artwork if it doesn’t match my space or expectations?
I do my best to present each artwork accurately through photos and descriptions. As all pieces are original and one of a kind, I do not accept returns based on personal preference or interior fit. Please read the details carefully before purchasing.
