I paid $18.53 for this item and never received it. The seller is claiming that he didn’t receive my payment. Not true. I contacted my bank mans was told that the payment had been processed to the merchant. I provided the seller with proof from my bank showing it was in fact paid. Seller is still saying he can’t find the payment. Seller refuses to ship my item and even told me that he no longer has the item. Yet he is still advertising the item for sale. I can’t file a complaint nor report seller to Etsy because the time they allowed to do so has not come yet. Seller is no longer responding to my messages.
