5 out of 5 starsHad issues with the freight company (not seller’s fault) and the seller was super helpful and responsive the entire time with figuring out how to get the freight company to release my package. Ultimately, the mirror is built so well and is just so cool that it was worth the wait!

How much does a custom infinity mirror cost?
Our Infinity Mirrors start at $400 for a 2ft (60cm) sign. If you need something a little bigger, we have sizes ranging up to 10ft (300cm).
What customization options are available for my piece?
We offer custom size, frame shape, frame color, inner rim content (LED neon or text), and center content (LED neon design or logo) — with 12 LED neon colors or RGB options.
How long until I receive my custom piece?
It takes our team around 7–10 business days to produce each infinity mirror. Shipping takes another 5–7 business days.
Meaning your piece should arrive within 3–4 weeks from when you placed your order.
How do I create a custom piece?
Message us with your design and we will get back to you right away :)
Can I rush my order or get expedited shipping?
Yes! For an additional fee of $50, you can place a rushed order with expedited shipping to see your custom piece arrive in 2–3 weeks instead of the standard 3–4 weeks.
Will I require a specialist to install my infinity mirror for me?
No! Our pieces are designed for consumer use, with the average install time taking less than 5 minutes.
How do you ensure that the pieces arrive safely?
All of our pieces are securely packaged in custom wooden crates with precision-cut foam to ensure they arrive safely and intact, every time.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All of our pieces come standard with our 12-Month International Manufacturer Warranty which covers any manufacturer defects and mechanical failures.
