Hi Guys!!
I have been busy adding BRAND NEW pages to all of my weightloss journals!

All of my designs now include:

A Weightloss Progress Graph - See the progress you've made on your own weightloss graph!

Non Scale Victory Pages - Celebrate all of your non scale victories, includes Up to 9 with photos and dates

Letter to my body - Write a letter to your body for your journey together

AND
My 10 Top Weightloss Tips - I have wrote a page dedicated in all of my journals with the best top tips that have helped me on my own 170lb weightloss journey!

I have also changed the Measurements to now include for every month including measurement spaces for Waist, Chest, Hips, Neck, Left and Right Arms, Thighs and Calves

And the "Weighloss Goals" have been changed to "My Reasons Why" to include up to 8 reasons to continue to motivate you on your weightloss journey!

The 1 year journals now have 18 pages total + Front and back covers and the 2 Year Journals now have 26 Pages + Front and Back Covers

I am slowly adding all of the digital download versions to my shop for all of my designs!

As always, thank you so much to everyone for the support! It means the absolute world to me!

Good luck on your Journeys!!
❤️
