I received my keychain and there are blemishes/scratches on the surfaces.
All keychains come with an outer film/protective layer on both sides that can be peeled off-the blemishes/scratches are just from the outer film and should not be on the actual keychain.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery speed varies depending on destination.
Domestic approx. 3 - 6 business days
International approx. 1 - 6 weeks.
Please note during the holiday season, shipping delays may occur!
Shipped via stamped mail?
Small items such as stickers and postcards are sent via USPS stamped mail and does NOT include tracking information with your order by default. The only exception are domestic orders that exceed $10.
Restock?
Most items are made by me in-house. If an item you are interested in is out of stock, please let me know! Unless my shop is closed, I will add more to the stock immediately.

What if my order was returned to sender?
You will be contacted to verify shipping address before the order is reshipped. If there is no response after 3 weeks, your order will be refunded.
