Frequently asked questions
What metarial do you use?
I use solid 925 Sterling Silver for my creations. They are all nickel-free.
Do your items eligible for personalization?
Yes, many of them can be personalized. Please check item descriptions for details. You can also contact us for personalization requests for other items we have.
How should I personalize charms?
For a name necklace, we recommend names with up to 8 characters since cursive style pendant can bend or broken easily with long names. For the same reason we cannot accept all uppercase letters or symbols like "_" and an uppercase letter in the middle of the word except the first letter. You can personalize your necklace with your name, with the name of a loved one, your pet's name, or any word you like.
Do you accept custom designs? Can you create a whole new item?
Please contact us with the design in your mind, or a photo of the design you like and let me see if it's suitable to produce with the equipment we use for production. When the production completed, we'll send a photo of the final product for your approval before shipping the item.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Of course! Just let me know which item are you planning to purchase with quantity, I'll create a custom order listing with a special discount for you.
