Lost Items
I try to watch out for items that remain undelivered. If you feel an item should have arrived, please track your package and let me know. I will try and help with information needed to track and if the item is discovered as truly lost by the postal service, I will create and send a duplicate order. Note that the post office does NOT reimburse me for any costs due to them losing a package en route unless it was insured.
