It made me emotional to receive it and see it, because it has a particular meaning for me: it references one of my most loved literary works- One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Márquez, and the gold fish that Aureliano Buendía used to make in the novel. In a way it’s a connection to my homeland, my own history and the memory of someone I hold very dear and who’s no longer with me, my Mother. This will be an heirloom passed on to my kids. Absolutely in love, thank you!

Custom and personalized orders
We'd be happy to work with you on a custom order. Please contact us for more information. Please note custom order will be a final sale.
Will I be Charged Customs and Import Taxes for International Orders?
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges, this includes any shipments that are going to the United States. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the courier. In case of refusal of delivery or non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Misoa Jewelry will not be responsible for the package until it is returned in its original condition. Once the order is returned in its original condition, the $65 CAD return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the reimbursement amount, before a refund is applied for the order.
Limited Warranty
We would gladly repair any of the following craftsmanship issues within the first month of purchase:
- Stones that have fallen off the item, if the stone is sent back along with the item.
- If the chain or the item is broken, and all the pieces are sent back.
**Please Note: The warranty covers the repair cost only. With the exception of a piece arriving defective upon initial receipt, the customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any repairs**

We are confident you will love your Misoa Jewelry purchase. Due to the nature of our jewelry, personalized and custom pieces are FINAL SALE (including personalized and initial pieces).
+ We will accept returns on unpersonalized, unworn pieces with a return shipping fee. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to begin the return process.
+ Exchanges will be subject to the following fees:
- Europe, Hawaii and the rest of the world is CAD $75
- Continental USA is CAD $70
- Canada is $35
Above are the return shipping fees, plus the price difference for the new item, if applicable.
Returns/Exchanges must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the item.
Are your items real 14k gold?
Yes, all of our pieces are made of real 14k gold. We do not make any gold plated/gold filled/gold vermeil pieces.
What is covered under your warranty?
We would gladly repair any of the following craftsmanship issues within a month of purchase:

The warranty covers the REPAIR COST ONLY. It does NOT include shipping costs for the item. Buyers will be responsible to cover the shipping costs associated with a repair.
