Custom and personalized orders
We usually do customization of your products within the same day. If you place your order before 2:00 pm, we will most probably ship your item same day.
Are these products made of Genuine Leather?
A big YES! Every Mister Crafter accessory has its own story. We choose the most durable leathers and design them to last for a life time. Leather ages by time, and by aging it will only be more beautiful.
Will the band fit my wrist?
Generally speaking; yes. The length of the band usually fits for most wrists. However if you are unsure about it, you can always message me with the measurement of your wrist, and I will let let you know either if our standard size will fit your wrist, or maybe we can produce it in a special length for you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We usually work with some stocks of each item, therefore we are able to process it within the same day. If you ask for customization such as names or initials, again we can ship it the same day as long as we receive the order before 2pm Eastern Time.
How about your quality?
We use the top quality leathers and accessories for our phone cases and watch bands. Therefore we are 100% confident of our products. If somehow you have any issues with the product, you can contact me anytime, and I will take immediate action to help you.
What is Antic Leather?
Some of our products are made of Antic leather, therefore it might have slight markings and scratches like its finger prints. They dull down quickly and will be more beautiful as time passes.
Are all the products in exact same color as shown in the photos?
We do our best to represent colors as accurately as possible, however slight tint variations may occur since each item is handmade from natural leather. And on top of that, each color may look slightly different on different screens and monitors.
Is there any additional fees for international orders?
Although we are offering free shipment for both domestic and international orders, when a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. (In general, most of the international customers get their packages without paying any additional fees or taxes.)
How do I pay customs fees?
If your package is subject to customs fees, your package may be held at your local customs office. Contact your local customs office to find out your next steps as you may need to pay additional charges.
