2. How does the custom design process work?
Here’s how our custom design process works:
-Send us photos of the walls where you plan to install the wall moldings.
-Take precise measurements of the wall's height and width. Additionally, indicate any fixed elements on the wall, such as sockets or artwork.
-Share your preferred style or an inspirational picture for reference.
-We'll create a draft of the project for your feedback. Once you approve the design, we'll proceed with cutting and carefully packaging each piece.
3. What materials are used for the moldings?
Our moldings are made of polystyrene, which is factory-primed and ready to paint. The surface is clean and smooth, so no sanding is necessary before painting.
4. How do I install the moldings?
We provide an installation guide when you purchase the product. However, here's a brief installation guide:
Tools You'll Need: A level, measuring tape, pencil, and possibly a miter saw if any adjustments are needed. For peel-and-stick moldings, installation is quick—just peel the backing and press firmly to the wall. If you’re using non-adhesive moldings, a strong adhesive like liquid nails works well.
Placement: Measure and mark where each molding will go on the wall. Using a level will help ensure straight lines, and I’ll provide a layout plan based on your wall dimensions to help position each piece.
5. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship in two business days and deliver to your location within one week. Due to holidays, shipping might be delayed, but we strive to send your order as soon as possible. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
6. Can I get an example photo of the molding design?
Yes, we can provide an example photo to help you visualize the design that includes dimensions. We share a photo of the molding as well.
What should I do if I want to return the item?
We do accept returns; however, the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility. Please make sure to package the item securely. If the product is damaged during return shipping, a partial refund will be issued based on the extent of the damage.
8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We carefully package all our products, but if you receive a damaged item, please get in touch with us right away. Provide photos of the damage, and we will assess the situation. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will arrange a partial or full refund, or offer a replacement.
9. Is there an installation guide for peel-and-stick moldings? Do I still need to use liquid nails if I already have peel-and-stick moldings?
We send an installation guide with the tracking number to all our customers, but for peel-and-stick products, it's pretty straightforward. Simply apply the molding, fill the joints with silicone if needed, and paint.

Important Note Regarding Peel & Stick Products:
Our peel and stick moldings are designed for easy installation, but it’s essential that they are applied to a clean, smooth, and properly prepped surface using firm pressure across the entire adhesive area. If these steps are not followed correctly, there is a risk that the moldings may not adhere securely and could fall.
10. What type of paint works best with your moldings? Should I paint the molding before or after installation?
You can use any standard interior wall paint on our moldings. They hold up well, so feel free to choose your preferred paint type, color, and finish.
It's best to paint after installation. This ensures a smooth, seamless finish, as the paint can cover any small gaps or imperfections that may appear during installation.
