Can I use SVG designs for commercial use?
In order to use SVG Bliss cutting files for commercial use, MUST purchase a commercial license. You cannot sell products with our designs without a verifiable commercial license.

What file types do you offer?
I offer SVG and DXF file formats that are compatible with *most* crafting machines. It is the buyer's responsibility to know what files types are compatible with your specific machine and software.
Copyright
All designs & typefaces listed in my shop are the intellectual property of SVG Bliss/Sabrina Schleiger Design. Most of my designs have been submitted for copyright registration. Redistributing, recreating, replicating or creating derivative works of any SVG Bliss design may result in legal action.
Regarding Trademarks & Common Phrases
I do my best to research & keep an eye on phrases that are being applied for trademark registration before creating & listing designs. However, because new trademarks are registered so frequently, I cannot guaranty that designed phrases you purchase from my shop will not be a registered trademark.
**If you are purchasing for commercial use, it is your responsibility to research the USPTO database and TM classes to ensure your end product does not infringe on a trademark. No refunds will be given on the cost of the design &/or commercial licensing.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products in my shop, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. However, if you encounter a problem with your download, please contact me to resolve the issue.

I have a very limited availability to take on custom orders at this time, though I can squeeze them in every once in a while. Regarding Print-on-Demand (Amazon Merch, Zazzle, etc)
My designs are NOT to be uploaded to any print-on-demand marketplace sites. This includes (but is not limited to): Amazon Merch, Zazzle, CafePress, Society6. Uploading and selling my designs on these sites violates the licensing terms for both personal and commercial use. Any SVG Bliss design found on POD sites will be reported for infringement and legal action may be pursued. My licensing pricing and terms are strictly for crafters manufacturing the design with equipment they own and operate, not for 3rd party manufacturing.
Wholesale availability
I currently only offer a small business crafter license to small businesses in which the commercial use of the design ends with the licensee, not the licensee's customer. Wholesale is prohibited under my crafters licenses.
If you are interested in selling wholesale merchandise with SVG Bliss designs, please contact me for licensing.
Sublimation & Screen Printing
You may use SVG Bliss designs for sublimation or screen printing ONLY if you have the software capable of opening SVG files, and have the equipment necessary to produce the designs. You may not contract a 3rd party to produce transfers or produce & fulfill the end product for you.
You may not under any circumstances sell transfers of any kind from our designs.
