The seller’s customer service was also excellent, especially as there was a problem during delivery when the first parcel did not arrive as expected (the issue was with the UPS service). After verifying the parcel was indeed lost, Miguel and Sandra immediately started on redoing the order and shipped a second replacement order out as quickly as possible, this time with FedEx, which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The oversized thread spool and needle looks wonderful and has been used as part of a Christmas grotto walkthrough, adding a lot of charm to the setup. Seller customer service was also fantastic and proactive, given the unforeseen issue that happened with the original delivery company.

b. To prevent eventual damage that could happen during shipping stages, we specially endeavor to safety pack each item.

Due to quality workmanship often made to order, but also due to post, logistic and security services levels, varying in each country, we are not in position to confirm an exact delivery date just when ordering.
