Yes, I will do special orders. If you found something you like in my shop but not in the variation that you are looking for, please feel free to contact me.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with payment, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way that I can.

If payment is not received within 7 days I will contact the buyer, and if no response is received within an additional 3 days I will have no choice but to cancel the sale and re-list the item

Moo Studio is located in Poland and I ship worldwide

You can choose the shipping option at the checkout from the drop down menu.

Orders within Poland are shipped via Poczta Polska or DPD and it usually takes few working days to be delivered.

Shipping time via Poczta Polska or DPD:
- 3 - 10 working days to be delivered within Europe
- 9 - 21 working days to be delivered to the Asia
- usually 3 weeks - max.7 weeks to be delivered to the United States and Canada
- usually 6 weeks - max.8 weeks to be delivered to the Australia

You can also upgrade at the checkout to UPS Express Saver

Shipping time UPS Express Saver:
- 1-2 working days to be delivered within Europe
- 2-3 working days to be delivered to the States
- 2-4 working days to be delivered to the Asia
- 3-10 working days to everywhere else

Please note, I will ship your order to the address you have listed on Etsy, if you want your item sent to a different address please contact me as soon as possible. Most orders will ship the next day or 1-3 days of your payment clearing so it is very important that I have the correct address in order to avoid delivery delays.

The shipping cost listed includes not only the cost of postage, but also the cost of any packaging materials. Items like bags are shipped in a box and small items like iPad case or iPhone sleeve in a bubble mailer envelope to keep shipping costs low. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package.

The majority of the listings have been set up with a reduced shipping charge for multiple items. If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, the shipping cost for 'with another item' will apply to all subsequent items.

The buyer is responsible for any and all customs and duties. The customs declaration put on the package will NOT contain false information for any reason. The buyer is responsible for being aware of what can legally be imported into their country.

I will not 'guarantee' that any package will be delivered by any specific date. The Poczta Polska Mail dates are guidelines and are NOT guarantees. Should a parcel absolutely have to be there by a specific date.

Moo Studio products are made with felt &plywood.

Care instructions:

Felt is an extraordinary material, it is waterproof so the dirty doesn't get into it and you can clean by brushing it gently with a wet sponge or, if it needs, you can add to the sponge a bit of soap and get dry at open air.
