5 out of 5 starsIf you're debating on ordering from this seller, this is your green light! The seller is responsive and offered to send an additional photo of the stone I was looking at. The stone is as pictured and just what I was looking for. She's gorgeous.

SHIPPING
Packages have been taking longer than normal to ship due to backed up facilities - remain patient. I am very communicative with my customers about their order and its details. Once the package is dropped off at the postal office, the process is out of my hands. I send my customers their confirmation email along with a tracking number, and an expected delivery date before leaving the postal office each time. That tracking number can be used to help locate where your package is and when to expect it. Those purchasing out of the US receive a confirmation email and tracking code, but do not receive a expected arrival date - shipping is likely to take longer. NO REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED DUE TO LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES! thanks

NO RETURNS OF ANY KIND on products once they have been open or are bodily. including but not limited to : essential oils, tarot, herbs, baths, teas, journals, tinctures, paper, hair beads
Refunds
Refunds are given in my shop! I do just have a couple stipulations:
I have the right as a seller to question your return before it is issued, to ensure my product will be returned to me in the condition it was sent out in. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and any cost in item damage
- if your package has been shipped but not yet received, you must wait until you receive the package before we can discuss refunds
-refunds will be granted within 3 days of package delivery or if the product has not been shipped out
-refunds will not be granted if the item was damaged or broken after the item is removed from the package
each order is situational, and I keep open communication with my customers to ensure your order is PERFECT ! (:

I am VERY environmentally conscious. I reuse and recycle as much as I possibly can in my personal and business life.
Aesthetics are important when receiving a package, but knowing that my boxes may come in slightly imperfect is because I am doing my small part to help the environment! It also helps keep your shipping costs down! *I save and collect gift boxes that are in perfect condition, for those of you that order for a gift!
People do not realize how much packaging tape, boxes and bubble wrap add up to cost, and that affects the prices of the product and shipping.
By reusing stable, fresh packaging supplies, I am able to eliminate shipping supply costs for the buyer entirely! Leaving the buyers to pay USPS shipping fees only
