Moroccan Elixir brings ancient tradition to the forefront of beauty. A tradition kept alive for over nine thousand years by the Berber Women of Morocco—the oldest inhabitants of North Africa.
A main source of indepence and economic security for this vibrant community is through the production of Argan oil and Prickly Pear Seed oil. These elixirs were centuries old secrets made modern once the world discovered their ability to treat a range of common conditions, like dry skin, acne, hair loss and much, much more. To Moroccan Elixir founder and creator, Ahmed Jeriouda, the benefits of these oils resonated with him from a young age. Jeriouda, a Moroccan native, observed the women in his life incorporating Argan oil as part of their daily routines.
Ahmed’s yearly visits to city of Essaouira connected him to the Marjana Argan Oil Co-operative—where he’d stay while attending the Gnawa Music Festival. During his visits, Ahmed deepend his understanding of argan oil production and its relationship with the Berber Women. It is in these co-operatives where the highest quality argan oil is extracted and women are able to forge a financially sound life for themselves and future generations. This is how the ethos behind Moroccan Elixir was formed; by witnessing how vital this technique is to the stability of this culturally rich community coupled with a passion for preserving the integrity of a time-honored method.
Upon moving to the United States, Ahmed and his wife Gabrielle, sought out to share this well-kept secret with novice and expert beauty-lovers alike. Moroccan Elixir prides itself in using only the highest quality ingredients—celebrating culture with each ounce of oil that is produced. Moroccan Elixir is a true labor of love. Love for beauty beyond borders. Love for the ethical treatment of indigenous women. Love for a product made with quality and care.

5 out of 5 starsI started with the Moroccan Orange Blossom mist and loved the smell and fell of it. I'm sad it wasn't available, though very happy I was able to order and try out the rose mist. I love to use it to freshen up my oily skin, makeup, and just as a general body mist.

5 out of 5 starsMy first time buying camel milk soap so i didn’t know really what to expect. i will say the claims about positive impact on hair/skin are true. No residues, tightness, irritation, or allergic reactions. A little expensive for the bar size, but i’m finding out that with this soap, less is more. Thanks!
