Please contact me if you have any issue with your order at all! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact me immediately so I can resolve the issue.

Orders are shipped twice a week, please review the estimated shipping/arrival times under the listing for anything you plan on ordering! Due to USPS delays, tracking info may take some time to update. (If tracking info says "pre-transit", it has already been dropped off at the post office and is waiting to be scanned.) This isn't always the case, but once an order has been shipped it's entirely up to the USPS on how quickly it will be delivered, normally the estimated arrival times are accurate. Feel free to contact me here on Etsy if you have any concerns/questions regarding an order and I will get back to you as soon as possible!

Please doublecheck any address information before placing your final order. Make sure your address (PO box, apartment #, etc...) is USPS accurate to ensure your order arrives safely. If this info isn't correctly provided to me and I can't get a response from you through message, I will have to cancel the order and you will need to place a reorder.

All orders include tracking. You can access tracking information by viewing your "purchases and reviews" page on Etsy. Otherwise, feel free to ask me for the tracking number for your order if you can't find it and I will send it over!
*Domestic sticker-only orders under $12 always ship free. Tracking through Pitney Bowes is included with these by default, although it might not always be reliable, and it's up to the post office on whether or not they choose to scan/update it. Though once marked as "pre-transit", your order has already been dropped off with the post office and should be on it's way to you! If you'd like to upgrade to a better form of tracking for these sticker-only orders, feel free to choose the upgrade for "USPS Tracking Add-on" in your cart! These are shipped in padded mailers and include USPS tracking. Any sticker-only orders over $12 OR orders that include larger items from my shop (pins, charms, etc.) will automatically include FREE USPS tracking, so don't purchase the add-on for these! :)
