5 out of 5 starsShipping took a little longer than expected, the best shipping wrapping I have ever seen, took about an hour to get all the pieces out, but everything was in great shape. There was no directions to installed so just winged it off the picture.

They even gave a mock up image of what the final product would look like and provided pictures along the process to confirm I was still happy. Now I have a beautiful fully custom piece to enjoy for years to come!

5 out of 5 starsThis table took a while to get -- the artist said it would (he makes it when he receives the order), but it took a few days beyond that time. But, it was worth the wait. It ships from Turkey (which I imagine is part of the time issue) but is packaged amazingly well. So well there was no chance at all that the table would be damaged during shipping. Second, once I got everything opened I saw that (1) the artist had included some wooden coasters as a little something "extra", and (2) had clearly marked the pieces (including a template) so putting it together was a breeze. Not only was everything clearly marked, but plenty of screws were included. Finally, the table is absolutely beautiful. It looks wonderful and is a quality piece, guaranteed to last for many, many years. I highly recommend this furniture maker!

Import Tax and Customs
It is duty-free in the US. Most of the US states charge tax through Etsy. You don't have to pay extra after the order. You can see the amount of tax before payment in the order summary.
