Power Supply Information
This lamp is powered via a USB cable.
It comes with a standard USB connector and a 55-inch (about 140 cm) cable.
You can plug it into any device that has a USB port, such as:
USB wall adapters
Power banks
Laptops or desktops
Smart plugs
USB extension cables
Please note that the USB wall adapter is not included, but any regular USB adapter will work perfectly.
Why is the remote control sometimes not very responsive?
This is normal and not a quality issue.
Our lamps use a solid wood base, and solid wood can partially block or weaken the infrared signal from the remote control. Since each piece is handmade, it is not designed like mass-produced products that reserve a dedicated channel for remote signals, so sensitivity may vary slightly.
Please try the following:
• Use the remote closer to the light source
• Adjust the angle and try from different directions
• Even without the remote, you can always turn the light on/off using the physical switch on the USB power cable
This does not affect normal use or safety of the lamp and is not a defect. Please use it with confidence.
