Privacy Policy
In compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Legal bases to collect, use, and share your information:

o We use your personal information for billing, shipping, settling disputes and providing or improving customer services; and in compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. Such as your name, postal address, email address and/or Etsy Convo, payment information, and product details to help fulfill the transaction.
o We need your expressed consent to send you any marketing or promotional messages. For this purpose, please use Etsy Convo or sign up for mailing list.

- Information sharing and disclosure for limited reasons and limited circumstances:

o We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
o Service providers, such as delivery companies will share your personal information but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
o In case of sell or merge, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
o In compliance with laws, we may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of customers, or others.

- Data retention
o We store your information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We keep your data for 4 years.

- Data portability:
o We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

- Your rights to access, rectification, objections, complain and be forgotten
o Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting information below.
o Change, restrict, delete. You have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request. You may send a request directly to Etsy.
o Object. You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
o Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
- Breach notifications
o You will be notified within 72 hours of a data base breach that might compromise your privacy.
